Exchanges

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of wayre package delivery by sending an email to info@shopwayre.com. Customer must ship original, unworn, unwashed garment back to us.

For customers within the United States, we will provide a prepaid USPS exchange label.

For international customers, a customer-paid shipping label is required.

Once we receive the returned package, we will ship out your exchange at no additional cost.

We do not accept exchanges on any of our High Tech Washable Mask products.

Returns

Once we receive the returned package, we will process your return via your original payment method. Please note, you will be fully refunded for any returned items, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on any of our High Tech Washable Mask products.

Shipping charges and Exchanges & Returns

Shipping charges are non-refundable once we pack and ship your order. We do not refund shipping charges if your items are returned or exchanged. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
