Choosing a shipping service
We recommend choosing only what you need for shipping. While we offer expedited shipping services for customers who need them, usually the lowest cost option works just fine.
Please see our checkout page for shipping prices to your delivery destination. Standard shipping is free for orders over $75.
Packing and shipping your order
We pack orders as quickly as possible. For priority and express shipping options, we pack and ship packages no later than the next business day. For standard shipping options, we pack and ship packages as soon as possible and typically within a couple of business days.
Please note, business days are Monday - Friday. Business days do not include federally recognized holidays in the USA or weekends.
You will receive email updates regarding your order, including tracking information.
Please note that our tracking for Standard International Shipping syncs overnight the first night after your order is packed.
We offer a wide variety of shipping services from various carriers. Once we pack and ship your order, shipping charges are non-refundable and wayre is not responsible for delays from the shipping carriers.
While we offer services such as UPS 2-Day that imply a number of shipping days, please be aware that this does not guarantee a specific arrival date. For example, if you place an order with UPS 2-Day shipping on Wednesday night, we will ship your order out by close of business on Thursday with a UPS 2-Day label, but it does not guarantee that you will receive it on Friday.
Our Standard International Shipping service typically takes 7-20 business days, with final delivery from your country's local post carrier.
DHL Express international shipping typically takes 7 business days or less.
Additional taxes and duties may be applicable in your country, and wayre is not responsible for any delays, taxes and duties in the recipient's country.
Shipping charges and Exchanges & Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable once we pack and ship your order. We do not refund shipping charges if your items are returned or exchanged. Please see our Exchanges & Returns page for more information.
