Start an Exchange or Return
Exchanges
Apparel exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of wayre package delivery. Once the exchange label is created, the package must be shipped within a week.
Customer must ship original, unworn, unwashed garment back to us in the original packaging (or in any other lightweight mailer).
We get a question sometimes ... does unworn and unwashed mean I can or can not try it on? Rest assured, you CAN try everything on, but please don't wear it out and about, and please avoid makeup, deodorant, etc. as much as possible.
Customers within the United States can use our online exchange system to start an exchange and receive a prepaid shipping label.
For international customers, a customer-paid shipping label is required on the return package as we cannot create labels originating internationally. Please email orders@shopwayre.com for assistance.
Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will ship out your exchange at no additional cost (both US and international).
We do not accept exchanges on any of the following products:

Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will process your return via your original payment method. Please note, you will be fully refunded for any returned items that are received in their original condition, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
We process returns as quickly as possible. Allow up to 30 days for processing.

Shipping charges and Exchanges & Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable once we pack and ship your order. We do not refund shipping charges if your items are returned or exchanged. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
Buy one, get one X% off
If you've purchased items under any of our "buy one, get one X% off" promotions and wish to return one of them, please note the following.
If the item you are returning is the one that was purchased at full price, and you choose to keep the item that was discounted, the refund amount for the full-price item will be adjusted accordingly. This means we will deduct the discount received on the second item from the refund of the full-price item. This is to ensure the the discount applies only when you keep both items.
For buy X get Y discounts, some items may be excluded from the promotion. Discounts and codes can be viewed on the checkout page prior to purchase.
We reserve the right to correct any amounts incorrectly displayed by our website or return system notifications, in order to match this policy.
Damaged items
We do not take back items that have been damaged during use, including but not limited to:
- Oil or grease stains (i.e. cooking oil, grease, sunscreen, etc.)
- Cuts and tears
- Etc.
Customer Loyalty, Store Credit, and Returns
Please be aware that if you return any items from your order, you will lose the corresponding store credit generated by our loyalty program.
